At The ARK elements, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective materials to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as fragile home goods require extra care.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
