What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a full replacement.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we are unable to make further changes.
